Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

The following Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a legally capable partnership, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Linvin GmbH.

By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the "Order" button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Language of the Contract, Storage of Contract Text

The available language(s) for the conclusion of the contract: German.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will apply. You will find more details on the shipping costs in the product offers.

We only ship by delivery service. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to pack stations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount through the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself using your access data, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered and selected PayPal customers according to their criteria. We have no influence on the availability of these methods; any individually offered payment methods are part of your agreement with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.
