Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Linvin GmbH, Heimgartenstraße 4, 84030 Ergolding, Germany, info@brilamo.com, Phone: +49 (0) 152 2812 7300) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from you choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to our logistics service provider, Logistico GmbH (Heideckstraße 183, 47805 Krefeld, Germany), without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only required to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
