Shipping policy
The delivery time is typically 2-4 business days (within Germany). Shipping to other European countries, outside of Germany, usually takes 4-6 business days.
The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge the following shipping costs per order. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
Depending on the nature of the goods and the size of the shipment, we generally ship the goods via the safest and fastest method. The shipping is carried out by DHL.
